Joelle Maloney was very personable and took care of everything I needed done. My nurse made sure I had everything I needed going forward. I was also quickly checked out after my procedure. Dr. O’Neill does a great job and has wonderful staff.

I visited Buffalo medical group GI office for the first time. I was A few minutes late due to our torrential rain storm. When I arrived I was cheerfully checked in, and given directions to the second floor for my appointment. Almost as I sat down I was called into the back. Again. Cheerfully greeted, And taking taken to the exam room. Within minutes my provider came in to greet me, introduced himself and my appointment commenced. Being in healthcare myself, I appreciate an office that is well run. Although this was just a first visit, that I did have to wait to attend for some time, I was very happy with the service. My time is just as important as the provider's time and I very much dislike waiting an hour to see a provider. With this appointment there was absolutely no wait time! Kudos to the staff and provider in this office.

Great visit for my annual physical. The person who greeted me was friendly and made sure I knew where I was going once checked in. Once called in to my appointment the nurse taking my vitals was just as friendly. As for Dr. O'Keeffe, truly a great example of how a physician should be! He took the time to listen, explain, and conducted a my physical with the utmost respect. I didn't feel like I was just another patient, but someone he truly wants to ensure the best medical care possible to. Nice job!

I would rate the staff and doctors at buffalo medical group at five stars firmly. Receptionists very courteous and friendly and ready to answer any questions and assist with any issues. Visits are well orchestrated with no long waiting period at all. My doctors are great. They have kept me well informed concerning my injury and my progress.

I had an excellent visit. Thorough X-rays were done by a very friendly staff, and then I was seen shortly afterwards by a very nice intake person, and then a physician’s assistant, Jennifer, who both listened and outlined various protocol options available to me. She was patient, honest and treated me as a partner in attempting to curtail the issue. This was one of the best medical experiences I’ve ever had. Medical situations are seldom pleasant, so it is comforting not to be treated badly. Thank you for that.

As always my visits with Dr Route are met with efficiency, detailed explanations, an awesome bedside manner and a ton of knowledge about my issues. He is such a pleasant individual and expresses himself, being certain you know exactly what he is gonna do and how it will help. He listens with the interest in helping you feel better. The staff is always pleasant and helpful.

Arrived here early because it was my first visit and I left home early. Upon arrival I was helped at the Kiosk by a receptionist and was showed the waiting area. I sit there for maybe 7 minutes before I was called. I was asked a few questions and was told the doctor would be right in. Maybe 5 minutes later he came in. The visit was fantastic and he's very relatable. A great visit.

I want to personally, thank Heather, at 295 EssJay. She works in the blood draw department. She was super professional and made the experience amazing for me. She was able to get blood out of my arm with little or no problems and was courteous and helpful. Many times when I have to give blood, people cannot get it out of my arm and use my hand, which is very uncomfortable. However, Heather was able to get it done almost effortlessly. I truly appreciate Heather and wanted to make sure I put this review up today. I normally do not do things like this, but I felt it necessary because she made it a great experience for me.

Went for some early morning labs today and had the pleasure of having Lynn at the front check-in kiosk help me. She was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. She clearly told me where to go and what to expect, then when it passed my first appt time, she called the station to check on the delay and let the next appt know of the slight delay. She wished me a well on the way out as well. It sounds silly to go into detail about this, but of course I expect the medical services would be done well; what is completely unexpected and truly wonderful is how caring and attentive Lynn was to me and to everyone coming in from the cold. Thank you!
